Competitive Fees 
Our fee for a single Will is £99 plus Vat and £74.50 each plus Vat for a couple of wills. This can be for a married couple or two people living together.

Two Appointments 
Our fees include returning your Will to you and ensuring you understand it fully before supervising the signing and witnessing. NOT all companies provide this service. 
 
What's Included in our "Standard Family Will" Service: 
 
An appointment in the comfort of your own home or office to advise & take your Will instructions.. 
 
We will advise and deal with the distribution of your estate including passing the estate to each other & then to your children or other beneficiary's. If your children/beneficiary's should pre-decease you, then to their children equally. 
 
We will include your Funeral preferences to ensure your next of kin know your wishes. 
 
We will include powers for your Trustees to invest and advance money for the benefit of your minor beneficiaries. 
 
Specific or cash gifts. 
 
Trustees powers to insure your property and dispose of your estate. 
 
Within ten days of taking the instructions we will present your Will to you professionally bound and explain it in plain English. 
 
After you confirm you are happy with the Will your consultant will supervise the signature and witnessing to ensure the Will is legally completed. 
 
All Wills are then returned to head office for checking. 
 
 
 
 
What's not included in our "Standard Family Will" fee? 
 
We can cater for any type of Will including Wills that reduce exposure to Inheritance Tax, Nursing Home Fees and the Disinheritance of Children through re-marriage after first death. As you can imagine the work and advice involved costs more than a standard family Will and we always give you full details before starting any work. 
 
These requests incur additional work for which we charge extra because ~  
 
1. We have to gather extra information to ensure we are giving the correct advice, so an additional, more in depth application is required. 
 
2. It is usually the gift of something valuable outside the rules of intestacy which “special instructions” cater. In order to cover potential contestation, an insurance policy is required, some of the cost of which is met by the client. 
 
3. Due to the extra importance placed on the Will it must take priority over standard “Family Wills” and be processed and delivered within a strict time scale. 
 
4. A special clause will have to be added to the Will. 
 
5. For the remainder of your lives we will take out an insurance policy to protect your next of kin in the event there is a problem. 
 
The charge for your "Special Instructions" will depend upon the size of the asset and the complexity of the work involved but we will not complete any work without your prior approval.
